Salsabeel Mohamed Mekawy is native Arab speaker. She has studied at Al-Azhar University in the faculty of language and translation (simultaneous interpretation department). Moreover, she has studied Arabic, Fiqh, Aqeedah, Seerah, Tafseer and Hadith at Al-Azhar and in various Institutes throughout Egypt. She is a Hafiza of the Holy Quran and holds Ijaza in two readings (Qira’at) of Hafs & Shoaaba from Asim, with Isnaad linking her to the Prophet Muhammad (saw). She has been working as Quran teacher for both children and adults in various institutes, both online and of line since 2013.
