In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. I ask Allah to send his blessings on his beloved prophet Mohammad ﷺ As you all believe, Quran is Allah's book " Falsehood cannot come to it from before it or behind it, it is sent down by the All-Wise, Worthy of all praise". You may also know that our prophet ﷺ said: ‏" The best of you is he who learns the Qur'an and teaches it". And He ﷺ said: "‏ Allah has His own people among mankind.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, who are they?' He said: 'The people of the Qur'an, the people of Allah and those who are closest to Him". And He ﷺ said: " Indeed, Allah elevates some people with this Book and degrades others". Therefore, whoever seeks happiness, peace of mind, guidance, and glory in this life and in the hereafter, Quran will help him/her achieve his/her goals. I am Wafaa Gazar a 42-year-old teacher of Quran, Tajweed and Arabic. Allah helped me start my journey with Quran since about 30 years. Over years and with the help of Allah, I finished memorizing the Holy Quran, acquired a certified degree in recitation and Tajweed. Then Allah helped me choose a career in Teaching Quran and Tajweed. Meanwhile, I joined an islamic institute where I started my Islamic studies for 5 years. Thanks God, I have 12 Ijazahs (certified degrees in qur’an recitation and teaching) in all the ten narrations of the Holy Quran. May Allah bless the knowledge He granted us all. I can also teach tajweed poems such as Tuhfah and jazareyah, shatibiya, and Arabic grammar. Learning Qur’an is a bless of Allah as Qur’an is a faithful friend to those who recite it; it will be there, by their sides, in their graves and on the day of resurrection, guiding them to paradise, and elevating them to the highest ranks. Our prophet (peace be upon him) said: “One who was devoted to the Qur'an will be told to recite, ascend and recite carefully as he recited carefully when he was in the world, for he will reach his abode when he comes to the last verse he recites". Never fear starting the process of learning Qur’an as Allah the Almighty said: “And We have indeed made the Qur'an easy to understand and remember: then is there any that will receive admonition?" Just start and Allah will help you. Have the bless and honour of holding a rope whose end is in the Almighty’s hand; The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, came out to his companions- may Allah be pleased with them- one day and he said, “Rejoice! Do you not witness that there is no God but Allah and I am the messenger of Allah?” They said yes. The Prophet said, “Verily, this Quran is a rope. One end is in the hand of Allah and the other end is in your hands. Hold fast to it, for you will never be lead astray or ruined ever again."
